Maintenance Minutes

Every quarter, you are given 15 FREE maintenance minutes to use towards small projects throughout your home. Don’t have anything you need yet? Save your minutes and use them for a project later in the year.

Personal Home Manager

Your home manager is your point of contact with UPKEEP. They will schedule your preventative maintenance, schedule repairs, and make sure your home is properly cared for.

In-House Technicians

Your repairs will be scheduled quickly as we have on-staff, highly trained, qualified HVAC and Appliance Maintenance Technicians. Our technicians are background checked, insured, and bonded.

Claims

We will NOT deny your claim due to lack of maintenance. If we can’t repair it, we will replace it with like kind and quality (not contractor grade). Our technicians are skilled in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

Routine Maintenance

Your home will get routine preventative maintenance four times per year to ensure your appliances and HVAC equipment are running as they should.
